Mesmo assim, dados da Compete, empresa de estudos web, referentes ao acumulado de Fevereiro ainda mostram uma diferença significativa entre as duas marcas. O Google totalizou 141,3 milhões de visitantes únicos, enquanto o Facebook registou 127,9 milhões.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>De acordo com os resultados do estudo Netpanel da Marktest,<strong> o Facebook foi, em Janeiro, o domínio com maior número de páginas visitadas pelos portugueses nos acessos realizados a partir do lar</strong>. Seguem-se o Google.pt, anterior líder, com cerca de 330 milhões de páginas, e o Hi5, que ocupa o terceiro lugar com um número de páginas visitadas a rondar os 220 milhões.<BR><br />

Ao nível de utilizadores únicos, o Google.pt mantém a liderança, contabilizando quase 3 mil. Segue-se o Sapo com mais de 2300 utilizadores únicos e o Google.com com cerca de 2200.</p>
<p>O site xl.pt, foi o que mais cresceu em utilizadores únicos e em número de páginas visitadas. Ao nível de utilizadores este site triplicou os valores de Dezembro, chegando à 20ª posição. Este aumento fica a dever-se à mudança de endereço do Record e Correio da Manhã. Por sua vez, ao nível de páginas visitadas, o site aumentou 10 vezes o valor anterior, com cerca de 15 milhões de páginas, ocupando a 17ª posição.</p>
<p>Pelo contrário, o domínio uol.com.br foi o que mais baixou entre os domínios do top 20, para a 16ª posição, baixando 9.7% face ao mês anterior. O Hi5 observou-se, a maior descida mensal no numero de páginas visitadas, com uma quebra de 21.3%, passando à 3ª posição.</p>
<p>Em Janeiro de 2010, o Netpanel contabilizou cerca de 3 mil portugueses com 4 e mais anos que navegaram na internet a partir de casa.</p>

3 – Em 2012, mais de 70% das iniciativas de social media irão falhar.<br />

A PT ocupa o segundo lugar com um valor de marca estimado em 1,8 mil milhões, enquanto o Pingo Doce vale 1,1 mil milhões. A Caixa Geral de Depósitos posiciona-se em quarto lugar (cerca de mil milhões de euros). A Galp Energia surge na quinta posição, com um valor de marca de cerca de 800 milhões de euros.</div>

<p>Analisando por sectores, no bancário, o Millennium BCP posiciona-se em segunda posição (625 milhões), seguindo-se o BES (535 milhões de euros). No sector das comunicações, a seguir à PT vem a Zon (472 milhões) e os CTT (161 milhões). Entre as marcas de distribuição, depois do Pingo Doce vem o Modelo (469 milhões) e o Continente (573 milhões). No sector da construção, destacando-se a Mota Engil, Cimpor e Teixeira Duarte, com valores de marca avaliados em cerca de 412 milhões, 404 milhões e 205 milhões de euros, respectivamente.</p>
<p>Segundo João Baluarte, partner da Brand Finance Portugal &amp; Palop, “apesar do estudo ter um carácter informativo, uma vez que se baseou em informação pública e sem a profundidade a que um trabalho de avaliação de marca normalmente obedece, verificamos que as marcas portuguesas contempladas neste estudo apresentam ratings e valores de marca relativos em linha com as melhores práticas e benchmarks a nível internacional”. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Segundo um estudo da Outsell Inc, presente no relatório “New users” cerca de metade (44%) dos utilizadores americanos do agregador de notícias Google News lêem apenas os títulos sem lerem a notícia na íntegra e sem clickarem até aos websites dos jornais para ler a notícia original.</p>
<p>O inquérito dedicado aos hábitos online desvelou ainda que cerca de 30% dos entrevistados disseram não utilizar o Google para encontrar notícias, preferindo antes a consulta directa dos sites de noticiosos ou outro tipo de serviços de pesquisa.</p>
<p>Observou-se ainda que 12% afirmaram utilizar o Google para aceder a sites de notícias, continuando posteriormente a pesquisa, através da função de busca do próprio site do jornal para encontrar outras histórias. Catorze por cento disseram voltar para o Google News para encontrar mais notícias de outros jornais.</p>

<div id="_mcePaste">Google still reigns supreme with 71.5 percent of all searches in the U.S. for the month, with Yahoo remaining a distant second with 14.6 percent. Bing in January hit 9.4 percent &#8211; its highest point to date &#8211; and Ask.com came in at nearly 2.6 percent.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">Bing was the big mover of the month though with its 5 percent gain. Google lost 1 percent, and Yahoo lost about 2 percent.</div>
<div id="_mcePaste">While Bing&#8217;s inroads are impressive given its relatively recent launch date of June 2009, it continues to enjoy support from a $100 million ad campaign. Whether it will retain the users it&#8217;s now gaining once that campaign ends remains to be seen.</div>

<p>O Google Buzz, lançado na terça-feira pela empresa norte-americana, vai permitir aos utilizadores do Gmail publicar comentários ou o seu estado de espírito, algo que já acontece no Facebook, para que os seus contactos possam aceder a essa informação.</p>
